Wats mobn. My name is Mike Touchstone. Like Timothy, I accepted Christ at a young age. Even as a child I had a strong passion for the lost. I grew up knowing what the word of God teaches. I grew up in the hood. But even though evil was all around me I knew the calln on my life. I have my sins, but I never traded God in to give the world a try. I have never takn a drink of alcohol or smoked anything. I was able to stay a virgin until i got married @ age 26. I finally found my beautiful wife 2 years ago, March 4th, 2010. U might want to know my secret on how I was able to refrain from all this. Number one, I had the Holy Spirit. Also, I didn’t compromise. I didn’t wanna try a drink or a puff. In high school I stayed away from girls completely. I just focused on God and didn’t want any temptations. When I graduated high school, I decided that if I wanted to get married, I had better start lookn for a wife. So I began dating. But I never made out with any girls. I just didn’t put myself in bad situations that would give the devil a chance to hinder my walk with God. It’s funny because growing up my friends in the world thought I was perfect and could do no wrong. And people @ my old church thought I was the devil. Lol. I wore baggy clothes, carried myself a certain way, and my hat was never facn the right direction. Cuz that’s where I come from and that’s who I am. I have been treated badly by people in the church since a child. Some churches don’t accept people that look like they’re from the streets. But that never distracted me or made me want to give up on God. Cuz I was only there for Him anyways. But don’t think because u r livn right, u wont have trials. God doesn’t owe us anything. Don’t feel like God is obligated to make things go smooth because ur doing right. A lot of times u will get the short end of the stick for doing the right thing.
