Proverbs 12:13
13 An evil man is ensnared by the transgression of his lips,but the righteous escapes from trouble.
We know that from the abundance of an individuals heart the mouth speaks, and that blessing and cursing shall not come from the same mouth. Many times we do not even need to see how an individual conducts themselves in actions, we simply need to see how they conduct themselves in speech and this will give an indication as to what lies deep within their heart and whether or not they are conformed by this world or they are renewed by YAH word.

1 Corinthians 10:6-7

Proverbs 1:7 & 32
7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction.
32 For the simple are killed by their turning away, and the complacency of fools destroys them;
There are a plethora of stories,examples,and situations which we see take place in God word that we can and should use as opportunities of admonishment of wisdom and correction. May we not walk in pride and ignorance acting as if we cannot fall into the same snares and traps that those within God word fell into. Wise individuals learn lessons from others while fools continue on in folly and rejection of instruction. May we be the wise and not a fool.

Proverbs 6:16&19
16 There are six things that the Lord hates,seven that are an abomination to him:
19 a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.
Psalm 133:1-3
1 Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!
2 It is like the precious oil on the head, running down on the beard, on the beard of Aaron, running down on the collar of his robes!
3 It is like the dew of Hermon, which falls on the mountains of Zion! For there the Lord has commanded the blessing, life forevermore.
We see here in Proverbs a list of 7 things YAH considers an abomination, we are focusing on verse 19 regarding “sows discord among brothers” unfortunately it seems nowadays that this abomination that YAH hates is not spoken about much or considered as a big deal when it comes to correcting/rebuking those within the body who are walking in this discord upheaval. We see just how precious unity among brethren is in the Psalm and it is even linked back to the dew of Hermon and regarding where YAH has commanded the blessing of life forevermore. We ought to be more careful and diligent in how we handle the members within the body of Christ, may we stop dividing and causing discord among brethren for so many traditions of man and doctrines which need not cause division. May we truly seek to walk in the pleasing unity which YAH loves and turn from the abomination of
discord which he hates.

Proverbs 3:7-8

Romans 12:2
2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
Just as the growing baby inside of a womb is given nourishment and life through the umbilical cord, so too does the renewal of our minds in the fear of YAH bring healing and life to our “flesh” providing all that is needed for us to grow and mature spiritually in faith. But we must be willing to humble ourselves, depend upon the spirit of YAH like a baby depends on the umbilical cord and not rely upon our own understanding or strength.

Romans 12:1-2

It is of utmost importance for a believer in Jesus Christ of Nazareth to be transformed by the renewing of their mind according to the truth of YAH so that one can wash away the filth and ideologies of the world and replace them with the truth n love of YAH. The “elemental spirits” spoken of in Colossians are RAMPANT within philosophy, psychology, new age, eastern mysticism, self help gurus, etc etc etc. the list is vast and wide and the web of deceit is far spread with its roots back to the father of lies himself. Most people are ignorant and blind to the fact they are practicing occult witchcraft through these various “teachings n practices” the doctrines of devils abound and many are desensitized to the danger because they have not taken serious the task of being transformed by the renewal of the mind and are still stuck being conformed by the world.

Jeremiah 17:9-10
9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?
10 “I the Lord search the heart and test the mind, to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds.”
Psalm 119:9,11,
9 How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word.
11 I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.
112 I incline my heart to perform your statutes forever, to the end.
In our own imaginations and desires we will get caught up by the deceitful wickedness of our hearts. This is why we must be diligent to be rooted upon the foundation of truth from YAH and seek to abide in what He declares as good and righteous. We see through the Psalms which emphasize ones heart being steadfast and founded upon YAH word,statutes an commandments so that we may walk on His Way the straight n narrow and not veer off to the left or right in our own imagination(stubbornness).

Proverbs 5:22-23

James 1:13-14

It is our OWN lust and desires which we CHOOSE to capture us in snares and pits to the destruction of ourselves. We refuse instruction and discipline which is the beginning of wisdom, we reject the truth of YAH and stray off to the right and left when we choose ourselves and pleasure over obedience an faith. There is nobody to blame but ourselves for the noose of sin we hang ourselves with. May we seek YAH to reveal within us any ways in which we may be straying off and pray that we would be humble enough to take an heed correction.

For those of us who claim maturity in Christ, how long are we gonna continue running around as grown men(in age) as well as claiming to be mature(in Christ) and yet we are still wasting time on trivial nonsense and child like lusts and passions? How can we claim to be mature men of God when we walk around in diapers and holding a bottle chasing after the child like foolery for years on end? What kind of example are we being to those brethren around us? What about those who may look to us as elders/older brothers in the faith? Are we teaching them its okay to be 30(mature) and still wearing diapers and sipping from a bottle? Still wasting time throw tantrums and wanting to watch cartoons and play childish games? We must truly take inventory of our lives and how we conduct ourselves. We are claiming a banner and title which is precious and the name of YAH is being trampled in the mud when we act foolishly. May we seriously consider where we are at and ask YAH to reveal our errors to us so that we can turn from them in faith of Yeshua to the glory of YAH the Father.

Jeremiah 20:10-11
10 For I hear many whispering. Terror is on every side! “Denounce him! Let us denounce him!”say all my close friends,watching for my fall. “Perhaps he will be deceived; then we can overcome him and take our revenge on him.”
11 But the Lord is with me as a dread warrior; therefore my persecutors will stumble; they will not overcome me. They will be greatly shamed, for they will not succeed. Their eternal dishonor will never be forgotten.
1 Peter 4:14-16
14 If you are insulted for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you.
15 But let none of you suffer as a murderer or a thief or an evildoer or as a meddler.
16 Yet if anyone suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in that name.
We see those around Jeremiah hating and persecuting him for standing in what YAH had called him into. We also see them looking and waiting for an opportunity for Jeremiah to stumble so that they may overcome him. Here in Peter we see those who suffer for Christ sake are blessed, but that there is a warning to us that we should not suffer because of our own wicked ways and evil doings. The same way Jeremiah walked in righteousness and had others waiting for him to stumble so they can attack him for it, so too do we have those around us waiting to do the same. May we have the same boldness and faith to not only suffer for Christ sake but to always diligently look to walk without blame so we give no reason to others around us to suffer.

Proverbs 18:10
10 The name of the Lord is a strong tower;the righteous man runs into it and is safe.
Exodus 32:18-19
18 Moses said, “Please show me your glory.”
19 And he said, “I will make all my goodness pass before you and will proclaim before you my name ‘The Lord.’ And I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy on whom I will show mercy.
Exodus34:6-7
6 The Lord passed before him and proclaimed, “The Lord, the Lord, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness,
7 keeping steadfast love for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, but who will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children and the children’s children, to the third and the fourth generation.”
We see that the “name” of YAH is a strong tower for safety and in Exodus 32 we see Moses ask to see the glory of YAH. YAH responds that Moses cannot see His glory but that He will proclaim His “name” unto Moses. In Exodus 34 we see YAH declare His “name” to Moses which he explains as merciful and gracious, abounding in love and faithfulness, forgiving iniquity and sin and not clearing the guilty. This “name” that is declared is attributes/character of who YAH is and thus when we put our faith in the character/nature of who YAH is and run to it we will be found safe because when one does that they are in faith believing YAH for who He declares He is, what He declares as truth, and how He declares we ought to conduct ourselves according to His good and perfect will.
